FIU is paying for your room on a Master Account, but YOU will be asked for a credit card or ATM card to guarantee any other charges during check-in. Please note that all phone calls, room service and anything taken from the mini-bar in your rooms will be charged to you and is not reimbursable. If the University is charged for your personal expenses on the Master Account it will be deducted from your reimbursement. DO NOT CALL THE HOTEL FOR A RESERVATION. FIU HAS ALREADY MADE THEM WHEN YOU REGISTER ONLINE AT THE GCB WEBSITE.
TRANSPORTATION
We have contracted UCSC for our transportation in La Jolla. We are arranged flights to arrive in the early afternoon of 6/30th. There will be one pickup at 3:00pm from the airport to the hotel. The following will be the schedule for transportation:

EXCURSION ON 6/30/09
There will be a Tour/Dinner event scheduled on 6/30 that will be hosted by Hornblower Cruises and Events. Hornblower will provide a tour around San Diego Bay while their professional crew narrates the rich history, local points of interest, and facts about San Diego Landmarks and military. UPON BOARDING, PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED FOR ALL ADULTS 18 AND OVER.

DINNER ON 7/1/09 AT LA JOLLA ROCK BOTTOM RESTAURANT
Reservations are made at the La Jolla Rock Bottom Restaurant from 6PM- 9PM. Entree selections include:
- Fettuccine with shrimp & artichokes
- Tenderloin with roasted garlic
- Smoked chicken enchiladas
REIMBURSEMENT POLICY
You will only be reimbursed for one meal that will be out of pocket. The meal includes lunch of 7/2/09. You will be reimbursed a total of $11. All other meals are covered in the program.
